THE

SCOTTISH ASSEMBLY OF PARENTS & CARERS

An Assembly of parents and carers
with a focus on education

The Scottish Assembly of Parents and Carers is a unique way of hearing the views and experiences of parents and carers.

It brings together a diverse cross-section of parents and carers from all over Scotland to discuss education and issues of shared interest.

Who We Are

The views and experiences of the Assembly's parents and carers help to shape education policy and the Scottish Government has pledged to respond to the Assembly on the issues it raises.

Hosted by parents' organisation, Connect, and funded by the Scottish Government, the Assembly is open to any parent or carer of a school-age child in Scotland, with an initial membership of 100. There is an online application form.
